Karnov Group Customer Portal

The Customer Portal allows you to view information about your Account and manage User access.

Identity Providers

The customer portal supports three types of identity providers:

1. Karnov (email/password): Managed directly within the customer portal.
2. Microsoft Entra ID / Azure: Integrated with your organization's Microsoft account.
3. FKA (Login for kommunal bruger): Integrated with municipal KOMBİT credentials.

Accessing the Customer Portal

Access to the Customer Portal can be granted to a User by contacting Customer Support

When access has been granted, the customer portal can be accessed at the following:
